The Para 15 Trigger delivers forced-reset functionality with mechanical precision, offering AR-15 shooters consistent rapid-fire capability without electronic components. Built for reliability under sustained use, it bridges the gap between standard mil-spec triggers and restricted full-auto systems.
What you get
- Forced Reset Trigger (FRT) mechanism for rapid follow-up shots
- CNC-machined 4140 steel housing with hardened contact surfaces
- 3-position selector (safe/semi/FRT) with positive detents
- 4.5 lb pull weight (±0.25 lb tolerance)
- Includes anti-walk pins and installation tool
Build and finish
The trigger group uses a billet steel chassis with phosphate coating on wear surfaces. Unlike cast or MIM components, the sear and disconnector are wire EDM-cut from S7 tool steel, heat-treated to 50-52 HRC for consistent engagement through extended firing sessions.
Internal geometry follows the original patent-pending forced-reset design, with a proprietary hammer hook angle that ensures positive reset while maintaining drop safety. The trigger shoe features a flat face with slight undercut for gloved operation.
Compatible platforms
- AR-15/M16 pattern rifles (mil-spec lower receivers)
- Pistol-caliber carbines with standard FCG pockets
- Not compatible with AR-10 or proprietary lowers
Installation notes
Fits standard fire control groups with no receiver modification required. Use included anti-walk pins to prevent lateral movement in polymer lowers. Function test with safety selector before live fire.
Chucksgunsstore stocks this trigger alongside other hard-to-find performance components for builders who prioritize mechanical reliability over electronic gimmicks. Includes manufacturer warranty against defects.
